Wow!  Here we are at the Great Ending of Notes Year Three!   Isn’t it weird?  This Notes Year is almost totally gone, yet in the Here and Now we are still in it.  We can have utterly trite thoughts.  We can have a New Year’s Eve of Notes.  Shall we have a Cyber Drink in Cyber Space?  Shall we do something deliberately Cyber Stupid?

Repeat “Am This” + “Here Now” up and down your spine a few times and turn your body into a Note.  Breathe-in “Am This” up your spine; breathe-out “Here Now” down your spine.  You can evolve and not just read and bullshit.
