Do you believe you are really serious about Notes now after the way you have been reading them all this time?  Who-the-fuck do you think you are kidding?  Try a moment of genuine cognitive self-honesty.

It never ceases to amaze Me how many self-deceptive Notes-readers imagine their way of reading Notes and deciding about Them cannot be seen by Cosmic Consciousness!  Try working with the hypothesis that you as you are today are an open book that can be easily read by Real Awareness.  So now the ball is in your court.  What are you going to do?  What kind of “conscious effort” have you got in you right now?  Show Me something!
