You can take a new step in Note Zen at this very moment by seeing for yourself everything you are really seeing Here and Now without your usual ignoring of most of it.

Your belief about what I believe is a false belief.  Stop it now permanently.  It is nothing but a blockage in your cognitive faculty. This Note is a command, not a request.  Your mental crap is finished.

The time has come for this Note to be a real opportunity for your stupidity to come to an end without you knowing how to end it.  You will now simply stop fighting the total and immediate destruction of your stupidity.  You will simply cease wrong use of your head.

Note Zen has nothing to do with trying to physically sit still in some supposedly enlightened way like they teach in Japan.  Your body is not the instrument of enlightenment.  Your Heightened Awareness is the instrument of enlightenment.  Get totally clear about this!

This Note is not about Zen unless you are caught up in your practical planning.
