This Note demands that you force yourself to be immediately super-awake beyond your practical plans.

No one is asking you to observe the way you are handling this Note, but you can if you want to.  It might do you good.

It is true that you are a Spirit Self beyond your bodily identity.  But it is also true that you cannot read this Note in your dreams or deep sleep.  It is therefore high time that you wake up to your real situation.  Face it that you are not a body nor a ghost.  But also face it that you seem to have to use your bodily brain to “face it”.   How could that be real “facing it”?  Therefore, this Note is neither in-the-body nor out-of-the-body.   Face it:  You don't know what-the-fuck you are!  Why do you bother to come to Notes when you are so evasive about the truth of yourself?
