What aspect of this Note helps you the most to come to terms with Notes in general?  There is after all a difference between birds and butterflies, though both fly.  Maybe this analogy will help you about all this.

The time has come to relate in a slightly different way with Notes so that your learning process will not degenerate into some neurotic selection problem about which spiritual books to study deeply enough to actually realize something in your own practical experiencing.

You obviously did your usual cop-out with the last Note, but you should try something different from a cop-out with this Note without having to be threatened or pressured in some way about all this.

This Note cannot help anyone on your level precisely because you are on the level where a person has no real way to be conscious of their level or even to comprehend the concept of 'level'.  However, there is nothing tragic about this in your particular case or for anyone else on your level.  The lack of real access to this Note is unimportant on your level.

If you had a slight disappointment or emotional depression about the last Note, just cheer up and sink your teeth into this clearly understandable Note for people of your level.  It can help you.
