You cannot be taught what you are unwilling to learn, so you might as well just uselessly go on to the next Note.

All that you can be told about the previous Note is that you did not comprehend the whole of it, so it did nothing real for you. You will of course use the same neurotic procedure with this Note, so you might as well just carry on to the next Note and throughout this entire session as if you know what you are doing.

Anything that may be upsetting you about all this cannot possibly be the whole of it because seeing and understanding the whole never produces an unhappy reaction.  Unhappy reactions are always the result of incomplete, partial and selective viewing. However, you will probably not see the whole of this Note either, so you might as well go into the next Note as the unhappy, reactive and selectively partial little mentality that you are at this time.

You are undoubtedly and all too predictably asking how to see the whole.  There is no such method.  It is the fragmentary mind of partial seeing that will try some “method” of holistic viewing, but the “method” will itself be incomplete (as understood by the partial, selective emotionally reactive mind).   An incomplete method utilized by an incomplete mind cannot arrive at the whole.   Total seeing cannot begin to see the whole with anything less than total seeing from the start.  Total seeing is not a method.  Any method of seeing will fragment seeing and make it selective and incomplete in accord with its fragmentary opinions and emotional problems.   Your best bet in the light of your present state of being is to see more and more fully that you do not see fully.  As you learn to admit this more and more fully to yourself you may eventually come to see fully when you come here or anywhere else with a growing intention and courage to fully see the whole.
