There is a higher dimensional way of developing superhuman awareness and capability which pursues a concealed unity of all the known schools and traditions of all this, but in spite of the claims of any one school or tradition and not because of them. This means you will have to make real use of important elements in the diversity of sources without beginning to believe that the external cultural or exotic aspects of the diversity are important in themselves.  Seeking how to seek is therefore crucial in learning how to learn from what needs to be found.  Whatever knowledge you gain in your search is useless if you have an incorrect practice of selecting and utilizing it, which would be like finding ingredients for a dish without the recipe for making it.  Anyone who goes to the next note without this understanding will gain nothing of consequence from either it or this note.  It is always amazing to see what most readers imagine they do not have to deeply understand, which often causes them to never develop superhuman awareness or capability.

You will come closer to actually being a learning and developing human being through realizing that your present habits of reading and study are only useful in some subjects, but not very useful in approaching the superhuman world.  You are still trying to judge things of the extraordinary with the preconceptions and judgments of your ordinary consciousness. If you are, as a result of having this pointed out, now more willing than ever to suspend your usual preconceptions, judgments and emotional efforts, then go into the next note.

Try to learn that many things you now consider insignificant for higher purposes are incredibly significant and that some things you consider significant for higher purposes are actually quite insignificant.  You must now learn that your feelings of significance and insignificance are just feelings and not the functioning of real inner guidance.  Know that you still have to learn real inner guidance.
