How strong is your desire to learn right here with this note?   Is it your usual desire to learn or something a little more intense than usual?  If it is more intense in some mysterious way, it is called Shakti, Spiritual Power.   Shakti, Spiritual Power, may be arranging for you to reach some higher perception.   Try to develop greater alertness to Shakti, to Spiritual Power, to what She is doing. She is not just an impersonal force.  She cannot be acquired or manipulated by clever, self-enclosed people.  Hard-hearted, insensitive or tricky people sometimes try for some spiritual development, but they must fail because they have a wrong attitude.  They are proud and unteachable.  They are a waste of our time.   Shakti, Spiritual Power, does not like them. She blocks their occult progress and brings them an increase of their bad karmas.  She loves it when they fail, when they are humiliated or ignored.

This note is for some reader whom Shakti is helping in a big way as a new intensity of learning through Notes and through emergently strange encounters in life.   This note is not for any self-enclosed idiot who is blind to Shakti, who is not alert to the hints and movements of Spiritual Power, who always argues for their selfish plans.  Spiritually dead readers are useless to themselves in everything, not just in Notes.

This note is for the astute reader with an eye to Shakti, Spiritual Power.  Such a reader does not think I am harping too much on the subject of Shakti.

This note is about the dull normal readers who have no real perception of Shakti, of Spiritual Power.  Such readers are pathetic fools.
