TAKE NOTE OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Year Two
SESSION TWENTY-EIGHT

Try not to understand this note too deeply or you might find your brain-self dissolving into the infinite unknown.  You know how important it is to you to keep your petty brainself intact.  All your silly personal arrangements depend heavily on your brain-self. Beware of the threatening presence of the infinite unknown!

This note only seems to be an all-out attack on your wretched little brainself because it, the petty brainself, is basically paranoid.

Your brainself likes to keep busy with its plans, schedules, arrangements and neurotic relationships.  Your brainself does not want your Realself waking up over this note.   It wants to cut this note down to a fleeting little brainself experience that does not cause any real changes in your being.

You actually do believe most of the time that you are your limited neurotic brainself.  You are like someone on a bad acid trip who cannot get off it.  You are therefore having a predictably normal reaction to this note.   This is why we cannot really do much for you.  Why not just go off this website for awhile and read what you believe is a good book?

The wretched, unspiritual brainself is still here, carrying on with its useless approach to this note.   Why does it insist that it knows what it is doing?  Can you at least observe it if you cannot stop it?   If you can’t get Rajayoga, try Krishnamurti.

The brainself is the worldly social self, the useless tonal, the ego of the normal fixated assemblage point of familiar, habitual consciousness.  The brainself has its own pet theories about all this.
