This note is an intensely renewed question as to how aware you are beyond your rather biomechanical brain patterns.

A few months ago a dead sea-serpent, badly decomposed, but still obviously a dead sea-serpent, washed up on shore in China during a typhoon.  The news media refused to see the obvious, as they always do.  They report it, but obscure it as they report. This note is asking you what you do about the obviously unusual things of life.  May I tell you?  You don’t do anything about the unusual, just like everybody else.  It is for the most part useless information because you have no personal power.  Reports of unusual phenomena just fit into the overall pattern of your occult apathy, your meaningless pattern of life.  They do not awaken anything real in you.  Only magical people can make use of magical information.
