You will have to discover any minute now that this note is failing to do something you wanted it to do.

This note is also going to become rapidly rather disappointing just like so many other things you read on the Web or in books. The really fascinating factor in it all, which you will not understand, is that your own mind is the real problem.

I want you to read this note in a more enlightened way, but it all depends on what you want here.  No one can make you want to be in a state you do not want to be in.  How deeply do you understand this?   How deeply do you want to understand it?

This note would like you to be more happy and relieved even before things work out better for you, but it is doubtful that you have the personal power to do that, so just go on being neurotic and uptight.

This note takes no pleasure in pointing out your failure to see why it had to be written for you.  You are just too neurotic and uptight to understand anything, which is why you keep making mistakes in your relationships with other people.

This note will not insist that you treat it as somehow terribly important because even if it were somehow terribly important, no distracted fool like yourself would ever be able to register this deeply enough for it to really count.  In fact, you will not actually look at the truth of your distracted, shallow, stupid and foolish state.  Instead you will do something neurotic, uptight and secretly self-defensive just like all the other asshole readers who come here and waste this fantastic opportunity.   What a farce most of our note-readers are!
