If your sex life is satisfactory to you, or if you are indifferent to sexual activity, you may read the next note.  If, on the other hand, you are having some problem or confusion about your sex life, you better leave this website for awhile and come back later when you are up to the real meaning of this note.

When did you first become convinced that you are a permanent being?  Settle this with yourself a little before the next note.

Make up your mind that you have plenty of time to encounter the mystery of Being here before you move on slowly to the next note.

Make up your mind how real and permanent the world is in the light of the delusion of humanity and the accelerated destruction of the environment of the Earth before going off in a slightly (or heavily) angry and depressed state to the next note.

If someone now prophecies that eighty percent of humanity will be either dead or horribly sick and dying within the next nine or ten years, would you prepare yourself to learn to live in a radically new way or just try to laugh it off and follow your usual routines?  Settle this before going on to the next note.

If you are ready to at least do some radical new thinking, go on to the next note.

Describe to yourself what you foresaw as “radical new thinking” before rushing off to the next note.

Stop your usual effort to think before reading the next note.

Become at least a little more real, natural and spontaneous before the next note.

What do you imagine is preventing you from being whole-hog real, natural and spontaneous?
