This Note is not one
of those trite New Age teachings that tell you you are a body that should “relax” and feel very
“happy” or the like. This Note
is here for a far more interesting purpose, which means it is O.K.
for you to get all tense or fucked-up physically and mentally, if
that is how it is for you. What is recommended, however, is that you become
more serious and passionate about Zen Enlightenment. Will you do it?
Will you develop some genuine Zen Initiative? At least you now have
a good reason to
get all tense and fucked-up.
O.K., now take your time before you use this Note to re-launch your Zen Leap.
Let’s get something going for you about Zen in this particular Note. For instance,
you might try the idea that you need a direct experience of your mind without having to leave your body.
