There is something incredible about this Note that vibrates within the Fairy Hill at Aberfoyle , Scotland which insane government surveillance cannot detect.  Tune-in to it.  Make a psychic connection.  But do it quickly.  Do not strain at it with a stupid, blank look on your face.

This Note is more mundane than the last Note.  This Note is simply a test of simple logic.  All you have to do is find out through logic what the test actually is.

There might be a Note here, but could you call this something even better?
