Do not be afraid of where Notes are really taking you.  You are being set free from all the stupid rigidities and pettiness of ignorant people who are not ready to evolve yet.  Leave them behind you and get on with your own satisfying experiences of greater awareness.  There is no reason to hold back now that you have come this far.

This Note recommends that you just calm down and listen to a few simple things.  When a lot of energy is mounting up in you and you are living on a fucked-up planet like the Earth, it is important to be extremely calm and clear.  So, shall we proceed?  Good.  Forget what you are hearing on the news and take a better care of your own needs, such as Note-reading and the things it releases in you.
