The Universe is vast, infinitely complex and utterly out of reach to all of us poor isolated people on the wretched planet Earth. No wonder the Universe hardly gets deeply discussed on Earth. In fact, most people act as if that Immense Unknown was not really there to be like that.  But, hey, am I boring you?  I promise not to mention the Universe in the next Note.

This Note is nowhere but Here and Now.  What is the size of your particular experience of Here and Now?  How big is your Here?  How long is your Now?  How much of your Here and Now is real and not mere empty imagination or the usual immediate place of your body?
