Imagine yourself feeling that you cannot get enough of the familiar objects in your present environment.  Also refuse to give a shit whether they are “real” or not.  Also, treat this Note as a Message From God.  If you will do these three things, you might become slightly more intelligent and happy.

Let this Note give you any hallucination that turns you on as a weird sexual fantasy, then shut it off completely as your mind slips like a drop of quick silver into the tube of an infinite thermometer stuck up the arse of the kind of God you do not believe in.

Look!  This Note is never going to agree with you about the “benefit” you believe you get from Notes.  So this might be a good place to just give up on the whole thing.
