TAKE NOTE OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Year Three
SESSION TWO HUNDRED AND
NINETY-NINE

“Spiritual seekers are lost children in a conceptual forest created by their own imagination.”  This assertion by Ramesh Balsekar in his book, The Ultimate Understanding, is almost a Note. What follows is the Note version:

“Note-readers are lost creatures of habit wandering in strange conceptual forests created by their misunderstanding of what they are trying to learn by reading this Note.”

Ramesh Balsekar, like Wei Wu Wei and Douglas Harding, have had a lot of fun writing profound explanations for unknown readers of their books.  Why did they do that?  Do you want to help others believe you are a brilliant helper?  Could those or other helpers/explainers cope with this Note?  Maybe what you might need from such authors has nothing much to do with their motives or self-images as “helpful explainers”.  This Note is really about your actual state of being at this time.

Whatever helps you awaken to the full truth of yourself is good. This Note is telling you this for your own good.  Stop turning all this into a mere fleeting entertainment.  You aren't really serious yet about real Self-awakening.  Face it!

Everything that happens to you or in your immediate world is Self-awakening when there really is Self-awakening instead of your usual dull and restless biological robotics.  Notes are here to help you stop fucking up your life.
