My poor child, are you still having trouble with self-awakening through Notes?  If so, you must prepare your brain and nervous system by breathing-in “Am This” up the back of your spine to the top of your head from your feet and hands and “Here Now” breathing-out from the top of your head down to your feet and the palms of your hands.  You must keep your entire body full of direct self-help of Absolute Being.  Then, sooner or later, you will be fully shocked and totally mindfucked by the right Note.  Welcome to cosmic and divine Yoga-Zen.  Use it or lose it!
