You have a huge cognitive opportunity in this Note Session to break through into the Here and Now with each and every Note except this one.  However, if you do not see why you cannot get at the Here and Now in this Note, you will not be able to get at it in the coming Notes.

This Note is already over with.  Try to register that you have already read this Note a few moments ago, that more and more time is passing since you read this Note.

Whatever happens in your mind about this Note after you hear the words is not this Note even if you re-read it again.

Your particular way of reading or hearing this Note is not the problem.  You have another more serious problem.

This Note will bore you more than it will interest you, which is a terribly sad and tragic fact about your fragmented and superficial consciousness.

How does it feel to be a Notes Reader?  Try to perceive a deeper level of the feeling.
