TAKE NOTE OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Year Three
SESSION TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY

This Note is an investigation of Time-as-Interlude.  For instance, there is the Time that passes between meals which you experience as feeling full and unconcerned about food or as feeling hungry and concerned about when and what to eat.  There is also the time between acts of sex which you experience as feeling shagged and unconcerned about sex or feeling horny and concerned about when and what sort of sexual experience would be most desirable.  There is also the time between work chores when you have some free leisure time perhaps to read or go for a walk or sit quietly meditating and have no concern about work chores or pressing duties, but which interlude may be filled with some practical worry or concern about when to do what about something or another.  Do you understand how interludes-of-time are shaped by your existential modes of concern and unconcern?

In addition to the cycles of existential time that are interwoven in complex patterns of your biorhythms, there is also the continuing question of the true nature of your being which all those existential modes of time-consumption continue to disrupt and distract.  So, before you stumble into the next Note, try to fully register what happens to you between Note Sessions.

This Note requires you to not forget the huge issue of your necessary meditation on your Real Being between Note Sessions as a new kind of hyper-Time hyper-Interlude as Note Zen Enlightenment Initiative.  Do you have Note Zen fully alive in your life?  Is it really helping you?
