Go immediately to the highest and subtlest state of Awareness you can turn on in yourself quickly before you go on to the next Note.

Stay in whatever you turned on in yourself according to the instruction in the last Note and be careful that your mere physical brain does not deceive you about something here.

This Note requires that you be perfectly clear and honest with yourself about how heightened your present awareness can quickly become before the next Note.

Now try believing you are actually in an ultimate transcendental state of Pure Being forever and were never born and will never die even if your physical body, your dream body and your causal body all died or get snuffed out.  Try believing you are basically indestructible on a very high level before you read the next Note on that indestructible level of being.

Does believing you are an indestructible bodiless being give you an actual provable direct experience of yourself being the way you believe you are?  If this issue bothers you, go on to the next Note.

What kind of direct experience (whatever that may mean) would prove to you (or even others) that you are the Indestructible Bodiless Self as something like an invisible but scintillating white star on the supracausal plane?  It cannot be something merely physical eyes would see like a visual sensation.  It cannot be something merely like a subtle or dreamlike sensory/feeling experience.  It cannot be a mere causal brilliance of conceptual space where you are realizing a mere ideational visualization of conviction in the intellectual view of egomanic thinking.  It must be beyond all of these pathetic specimens of spiritual failure to enter Divine Nondual Awareness of Being.
