Yo! How's it going with your latest discovery about yourself?  Would you like Notes to step up the pressure on your possible learning and development?

This Note is more than willing to break some new ground in your head.  What would be your best name you could give to the new ground in your head?  Give it a name now before the next challenging Note.

Repeat the thought, “Am This Here Now” in your head three times, then decide what you would most deeply like it to mean as a far out experience.

You are too busy being emotional to understand that you are too centered on your lower emotional level to benefit from Notes like this Note.  You would learn more if you would stop misusing your brain, but you will not listen to good advice because you are too emotional.

If you insist on going into this Note at this time, then at least stop pretending that your stupid emotions can do something meaningful about something.

This Note would like to gently point out that your emotional problems are useless for anything but self-induced suffering over nothing but shallow crap.

You are remaining superficial and ridiculous.  In addition to the truth of your state, this Note is about the total universe of evolving consciousness within the bliss of nondual awareness beyond your useless nonsense.
