Since you keep drawing the wrong conclusions about all sorts of things in your life, there is not much hope that you will get the real point of this Note.  You will just assume something that you imagine works for you and go on to the next Note.

Notes happen in another part of your mind that you do not normally use.  Try to see better how it works.  Of course it is obvious that you cannot do that for some reason.

This Note is entirely out of your hands, as is your response to all this.  You will just have to wait and see what you find yourself doing about today's Session.

This Note would like to suggest that you experimentally try to do something conscious about this Note.  We are begging you please to try.

You have no real choice about anything with this Note or anything else in your life.  If you don't believe this, try to do something truly new, far-out and interesting with this very Note.  Just watch all your usual grooves work about this kind of challenge.

Your daily life is filled with faulty thinking, yet you imagine you can increase your intelligence with Notes.  Why is that?  Maybe you need to go back to the drawing board on your kind of consciousness.  Then at least this Note might have done something real for you.
