This is a Love and Light Healing Note for all readers who cannot comprehend why there are Notes or what they really do.

This Note will not fault you for the self-torture of clinging to a dull, proud and heavily normal spouse or other relative who cannot get into Notes. Your personal needs obviously come first before your health, your sanity or your evolutionary learning path.

Set aside your sexual considerings for a few moments and think about astronomy or carpentry. Why?  Because this Note is not even slightly stimulated by your way of reading it.
