Try to see how this Note expands consciousness by reminding you that you can directly and immediately expand your consciousness through sheer will to do it without external stimulants or any sort of practice or exercise.

This Note reminds you further that you must always see the necessity for self-insight about what you are really doing here in Notes about your learning process.  You should not ever assume that you already have a full-blown learning process here in Notes, for otherwise you will wake up dead someday and be horrified that you were stuck in a set of ruts about Notes and lots of other important things.
