A Paradigm Shift is about something; but a Reality Shift is about everything.  And the sooner the better.  In fact, this Note suggests that Cosmic Learning requires that you do it more often.

Stop trying to answer This Question before it is too late?  It is too late!

A great new awakening about awakening will itself require a supershift of consciousness.  This Note will help it happen for a truly serious and alert Reader.  As for you, it would be absurd to expect or even hope for anything much.  You might as well just read a book on Zen after floundering in this Note Session.

Do not be discouraged by the lack of emotional meaning in this Note.

Try to see in what way this Note does not exist at all.

Try to see in what way you do not exist in regard to this Note at all.

The familiar sex you get or favorite food you eat on this Planet does not necessarily mean that this Planet is real in the way you believe it is.  See if you can induce a Paradigm Shift about this Planet you believe you are “living” on.
