This note is here in response to your occasional slight aspiration to rise up to a higher level of consciousness.

This note wants you to stop listening to wrong advice and false guidance.   You are too naïve and gullible toward forceful people and spiritual authorities of various persuasions.  You even imagine a thick book could not get printed and sold widely if it were nothing but pompous pretence.  The more you question all the usual influences upon you, the more you attract authentic help from a truly advanced source.

One good way to change everything in your life for the better is to replace anxiety and struggle with watching and learning. Before you go on to the next note, take a look at an area of your being where you usually struggle in confusion and anxiety without really getting anywhere.  See what a revolution it would be to just watch and learn there.

This note is the beginning of rescue of your spiritual potential by a higher power beyond your usual unconscious meaninglessness. You might want to acknowledge how the higher power helps you to see more clearly and often what is going on with your unconscious meaninglessness.

You read notes because you know you need something different in your life beyond the usual activities and tired old influences. This very note is a cosmic response to your request for better, higher stimulation.  Your progress will rapidly increase when your receptivity to stimulation becomes greater than your demand for personal attention.

Because the outer world is increasingly horrible and stupid, it makes you feel weak and powerless.  But genuine spiritual truth is not weak or powerless.  Let spiritual truth grow ever stronger and greater within you and you will see what real power is about.

You have arrived at this note with the heavy baggage of your usual assumptions and wrong ideas about spiritual progress. Your mind is filled with all sorts of useless and twisted-up stuff, most of which is strongly rooted in your brain and neurosystem. And all sorts of false influences have reinforced a lot of your nonsense.  As a result, you do not know very well what really helps you and what just keeps you turning in the usual old loops and circuits in your head.  So please admit the truth of all this to yourself before you go on to the next note.

Your everyday physical social self lacks the subtlety and higher awareness that would expand your consciousness into Divine and cosmic experiences and understandings of the God State. Your job therefore is to open yourself to the higher guidance and let it empower itself in your system through mantra and harmonious, good work and study.
