Sometimes it is a good idea to just become more conscious without trying to change things you don’t like in your situation or your world.  So, sit back, relax and get into the next note with greater awareness.

Your life would work a lot better if you would just let other people remain fucked-up because that is what is going to happen anyway.  Only self-change is potentially effective.  Keep this in mind when you read the next note.

Sometimes when you have a period of open, empty, free time on your hands, you might try questioning some of your assumptions about your being, your life and your future.  But, hey, it’s up to you.

This note is already exhausted.  There is no point in trying for more.

If you want more and better higher guidance, listen for it more often with deeper receptivity.  The invisible but Ultimate Guide isn’t going to force guidance onto you.

You are going to have to learn a new and better way of living. You cannot postpone it forever.  If you want to believe this is just another Note, you are more stupid and stuck than we thought you were.

You need to develop a new idea about your future.  Something incredible is waiting for you to discover it.
