The most meaningful place or situation for you is whatever place or situation you are in when it suddenly occurs to you that you have not been developing anything truly meaningful in your own consciousness.  The awakening of higher intelligence happens precisely when you suddenly face it for real that you rarely have such an awakening (if you have one at all).  The next note is only for that rare reader who knows that it is an incredibly significant Note even before it is read.
