TAKE NOTE OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Year Two
SESSION TWO HUNDRED AND
EIGHTY-EIGHT

This note is here for you to take a new step of inner wholeness that can heal your disturbed and fragmented consciousness through encouraging you to enter the truly natural state of being, which is Sahaja Yoga.   Make some kind of inner decision for this before you read the next note.

This note is about your recognition that you actually do need a psychological healing.  Do not read the next note without real inner recognition of this need.

Can you develop a new attitude of openness and acceptance that is no longer trying to manipulate others into being a certain way toward you or your concerns?  Can you become more healthy and whole toward everyone and everything in your life?  Can your own presence be natural, wholesome and bring a healing sanity without desire to control or bend others out of shape?  Can you fearlessly and cheerfully allow them to happen?

This note wants you to take the new attitude of allowing farther and farther out.  When faced with a difficult world or even a personally difficult situation, we have a deep choice: A – we can be angry and try to blame or condemn somebody, or, B – we can accept the challenge of the world or situation as furnishing elements for learning and inner growth.  By allowing the world, allowing situations, allowing other people, we gain maturity and inner strength.  This is difficult at first, I do know.  Even a very ancient and mature being can sometimes lose it and become very angry and upset indeed!  The point is that you must not fight the challenges of life and human existence on the one hand nor panic and try to run away from them on the other hand; nor should you try to deny they are happening.  You must courageously and patiently accept the difficulties for your deepest and highest spiritual growth and inner strengthening.
