TAKE NOTE OF SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Year Two
SESSION TWO HUNDRED AND
SIXTY-THREE

The normal everyday world that surrounds you has a different ontological status than your background feeling of familiar reality, but you cannot cut through the illusion because your center of consciousness is trapped in the ordinary physical position, which is reinforced by a lifetime of memories there. Adept lucid dreamers can break that deadlock and even learn to materialize the dreaming energy body into a quasi-physical body as indicated in the Castaneda books.  Does this mean anything significant to you?  Will you be satisfied to have an unmagical, dull and normal life and eventual death?  That you will not have to cook meals or wash dishes after you are dead is inadequate compensation for no longer being able to enjoy the taste of a juicy steak, a cup of coffee or a pack of cigarettes.  Lack of taste-pleasure in the state of a hungry ghost is what the Tibetans call a Bardo, a difficult transitional realm for disembodied consciousness.  But, hey, it is up to you what you do with this simple and obvious occult information.  Perhaps you will find the next note more on your beat.

Sexual intercourse can be unbelievably intense, exhilarating and fascinating with the right partner or partners.  There is a whole special world of consciousness there that one enters and exists. But there are still onerous chores to be done.  Then there is also the cosmic evolutionary challenge to undertake real thinking, learning and higher development of conscious experiencing. Then there are even Notes you can read about all this.  While alive, we have to somehow balance our sexual concerns, the work we have to do and what we study or think about, which we meditate on either deeply and wisely or with superficial, rushed anxiety of a hurried scanner who does not comprehend this website or question great oracles.
