You think you know what you are doing when you come here and read this note.   Is it in fact so?  Can you face your own actual motivation and level of intelligence about even just this note? What does this tell you about most of your decisions and activities?  When are you going to wake-the-fuck-up?

If you are not disturbed about the truth of yourself, you are as good as dead already.  Now, go on to the next note, unless you are in a flat, dull, stupid, meaningless state of mind.  The next note is only for readers who are rightly upset about their actual state of being.

You are not upset enough about yourself!  Can’t you see that the whole of humanity is fucking you in the ass with their lying, twisted and phony mentality of neurotic complacency?  Now, get mad about it or get out!
