Form the idea about this note that you just aren’t getting it for real.  Then start to feel bad about that.  Then get slightly carried away with your emotional perspective on your lack of intelligence.  Then begin to form a stubborn emotional determination to make yourself become more intelligent.  Then decide that you are confident that you are making importantly real efforts to become more intelligent.  Then decide that you have great faith that you are becoming more intelligent.  Then form the idea about this note that you just aren’t getting it for real but that that is O.K. because you are learning something anyway and you refuse to let this note “get you down”.  Then go on to the next note with a strange look on your face, as if you haven’t got a clue what to do about all this.

Guess what?  That’s right.  You really don’t have a clue about all this.

You are not going to believe this, but there is absolutely no requirement that you fully understand this note or that you become more intelligent as a result of reading it.
