The last thing you wanted to hear upon reading this note, but which you are most in need of hearing is, “There is something wrong with you”.  Register this fact before the next note.

This note is not asking you to be real because I know you cannot do that yet, but you are requested to be persistently aware of your unrealness, which is something you can do and which leads indirectly to realness at some point, which will surprise you.

One purpose of reading Notes is to allow your book knowledge to be transmuted into your own personal insights and direct experiences.

Sooner or later you will have to lose your fear that real life or ways of spending time are different than you have always believed in the midst of your neurotic struggles and so-called “improvements”.

Do not go on to the next note unless you are truly resolved to search beyond your usual approaches to everything you consider significant for your success and personal growth.

One way to learn your true will and real way of personal development is to courageously risk the displeasure of all the ordinary dull normal people who want you to remain in the dark as another timid conformist.  Do not go on to the next Note-Session if you do not feel a greater attraction to leap into being more outrageous and bold in your dealings with outer society.
