No matter how much a personal crisis has been whirling around in your body and mind as tension and worry, taking in Higher Truth teachings will always help calm you down.  You can see this for yourself any time you like.

Whenever you rediscover that there is something terribly wrong with your character and your personal condition, you will find there is more Power in Higher Truth about it all than in merely worrying and wallowing in discouragement.  You can awaken and take real steps for self-change.  See this clearly for a moment before you read the next note.  Everything depends on your awakening to greater clarity about everything.

What your ordinary human thought and activity cannot do for your Self-realization, Power through Higher Truth is perfectly capable of doing.  Your job is to open up more fully to these kinds of teachings so they can work within your mind and your bodily energy.  Think about all this more often before the next note-session.
