Be careful, there are some especially boring, nasty and cynical readers from Earth in here today.  They want to tear into the idea that we have Extraterrestrial readers.   If you are indeed one of our Extraterrestrial readers, think a little more deeply about the Extraterrestrial visitors to your particular planetary race whom you find the most disturbing.   Well, people from Earth would be ten times more disturbing than that or even worse.  They are physically and mentally ill.

Your mind is like the sky; your visual perception is like a lake of rippling water; your body is like a mountain.  This old Tibetan exercise would do you good if you could grasp it, but like all the other great hints I have sprinkled in the notes, neither you nor others will really experiment with it. It is after all just another note and there are too many notes to remember.

Your ability to benefit from this note is about the same as your benefit from growing old and dying.   What process do you have in your life that is not ultimately a deadend road?

This note can soon teach you something important that no other note can ever teach you. Try to see what it is before you go off in your pathetic stupidity to the next note.
