THIRTY-FOUR

Get in a sauna often. Sweat-out the poisons in your body that were put there by pollution and from your own wrong eating and drinking.  Do mantric yoga in the sauna.  This is genuine Agni Yoga, the Path of Fire.  It tunes-up your body.  It clears your head so you can be more conscious and aware.  It helps you get more out of what you read, including Notes.   You really must learn to take better physical care of yourself!  The state of your body has a huge effect on the state of your mind.  This is a pragmatic evolutionary imperative.  It is beyond the silly body/mind problem of superficial modern philosophy.  Take care of your own self-realization first, then you will see better how to deal with philosophical issues of the sociology of knowledge and belief.  What is the use of winning some arguments if you neglect your yoga and just get sick and die?

 

It is amazing how many people worry about world-problems such as chemtrails, poisonous GM foods, pollution and nuclear waste, but neglect the detoxification of their own body.   This note is about how you are going to become suddenly a whole lot more clear about this issue before you read even one more note.
