You agree with yourself that you continuously exist.  You feel a solidity of ego through your invisible consciousness identifying with your physical body.  How then does this identification take place in your consciousness?  How is it that you are able to naively assume and believe that you yourself are an organism? Even if you are a so-called “spiritual” person, how does it come about that you experience yourself mainly as a physical person who merely believes in yourself to somehow be a Spirit?  So we have two kinds of ignorant believers:
1 – Materialists who are something like Spirits erroneously believing they are bodies.
2 – Spiritualists who are something like bodies erroneously believing they are Spirits.
Can you therefore see that there is something somehow wrong with either kind of believing?   Isn’t what you can experience the most decisive way of dealing with your being?  Get clear about this before the next note session.
