You are not expected to immediately enter into the state of Divine Superawareness.  You are only prompted to recognize the trends in your consciousness that are moving in that direction.  By recognizing and feeding such higher tendencies in yourself, your ultimate emergence into the sparkling infinite is inevitable.  There will be encouraging little glimpses along the road of your development, so never give up, never indulge in dark despair over yourself.   Have faith in your potential.  So, before you read the next note, make up your mind that you can make it to higher states of awareness and intelligence.

When you find yourself in a crisis about yourself and your fulfillments of important things in your life, you will notice (as you often do) that unproductive anxiety seizes your consciousness to swirl you down into discouragement, zonking you out.  When this happens, wake yourself up to steps of obvious progress you can take.  You can read Notes, for instance.

You will increasingly find that when you fall into a wrong and useless condition, you always have the option of quiet and limitless meditation and yoga instead of allowing depression and anxiety to keep you imprisoned in normalcy and stupidity.   So, before you go on to the next note, become more awake to how the sick world of humanity tries to keep you and everyone stuck in black, debilitated states of personal failure and helpless despondency.
