There are so many things beyond your comprehension (and interest) that this note can barely cope with your foolish presence here.  You might find a porno site far more understandable and interesting.   Do not let us hold you back from what you really want to get deeply into.  Know thyself.

The number of important subjects you never bring up for discussion is exceeded only by the number of silly concerns and considerings that whirl about in your tiny little mind.  Therefore, this note recommends that you should now go chatter with someone about shopping prices, other people’s sex lives, or, if you do not feel like silly chatter, you could watch something on television to keep your shallow ignorance occupied and stupid.

Your persistent lack of ontological inquiry implies that you have no Real Being at all.   This note was therefore written for some unknown intelligent and substantial readers.

Your inability and disinclination to deeply investigate ancient hermetic philosophy or modern existential philosophy shows that you would never have a basis for real Indian metaphysics, Tibetan Yoga, Zen or the Sufi Tariqa.  You probably haven’t even bothered to understand J Krishnamurti or C Trungpa. Where then should this note begin with you?  How about De Bono’s “Lateral Thinking”?   Do you have at least a little keen interest in something mundane like that?  What?  Do I hear you say you do not know what most of these things might really be about?  Perhaps you need to visit a porno site or maybe you should develop some sex fantasies about some stupid but attractive person.  Or you could rent another American movie with more murders and car chases in it.

Is there a possibility somewhere within your usual self-image that makes you yourself a useful example of contemporary humanity in its state of inner lostness and confusion?  Answer this before the next note.

If you were to suddenly die in your sleep tonight, what would be of real value that those close to you would be losing the most? Answer this before you read the next note.

Picture that you are now dead and wandering sadly and aimlessly in the empty and difficult after-life.  What teaching was available to you in life that you now wish you had gone all the way into to a point of personal realization?  Think of that teaching before you read the next note.

Picture that you are dead, but desperate to be born anew in a new body to satisfy your most powerful physical desires and ambitions.  Where on Earth in what kind of situation with what kind of modern parents looks to you as a good bet for real fulfillment and success of the kind you want?  If it looks virtually impossible, go to the next note.

Since a promising rebirth on the present fucked-up planet looks a bit iffy, what are you seriously doing to cultivate physical immortality and wholesome privacy away from the usual debilitating insanity of unhappy and incompetent people? Answer yourself on this before you read the next note.

Since you are presently scheduled for inevitable death and a difficult reincarnation, do you have any fresh interest in real spiritual progress?  Think about this a little before the next Note Session, but only if you get in the mood and are not too busy with your usual nonsense.
