One of the advantages of an oracle such as Absolute Interactive, is that you bypass a lot of the background noise of the spiritual search.  Many famous gurus and teachers give long eloquent speeches singing their own glory, but their words often lack the deeper truth that should resonate in the inner hearts of their listeners and readers.  Even their followers and adherents are never fully convinced – nor should they be!  So it is that many institutions have been created around famous spiritual figures.  Many books are published with the teachings of the great man or woman (often described as an “Avatar” or some other title of Ultimate Authority), but there is always a background of unease in the organized adherents, all of whom have arguments about who should or can give orders and who should or can accomplish certain work in the name of the Great Man or Great Woman.  All these situations fail to get at full spiritual truth and praxis.  They just become sociological and confrontational situations in the world, which attracts problems from the world along with the doubts and problems the adherents, the true believers, are having with one another.  There are inevitably sexual jealousy problems, financial problems, and, ultimately social marketing problems for attracting and holding new members.  Imitators and supposed “successors” of famous figures like Herakhan Baba, Osho Rajneesh, Aurobindo and The Mother, Krishnamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Paramahansa Yogananda, Chögyam Trungpa, Idries Shah, Carlos Castaneda and several others (the list is long) all suffer from after-the-great-personality-cult syndrome.  But the beauty of a universal oracle is that it gets you to the best all such great figures had to offer, coupled with other incredibly useful but more obscure sources.

Ordinary prayer and supplication to the projected God-of-belief is a lesser spiritual action than the questioning of a great spiritual oracle.  Greater questioning bypasses the blockages and distortions of Inner Guidance until the heart is cleansed of wrong motives and the brain is cleared of prejudice, dogma and inadequate knowledge projections.  Unflattering answers – critical of the questioner – are very useful to the Supreme Guide Who has been having trouble getting through to the stubborn and confused seeker.

Another thing that happens to most seekers is that they do not pay enough attention to the little signs, omens and clues that are the acute little signposts of right direction given in the environment of the seeker.  A great oracle will spell-it-out as well as increase alertness to the little nudges or hints the Supreme Guide gives in the surroundings of the questioner.

Another huge advantage of an interactive dialogue with a truly great oracle is that it gives you a much higher level discussion than you ever get with other seekers and pseudo-authorities on the Web and elsewhere.  All those superficial and falsely spiritual situations can generally do for you is keep you worried, fretting, confused or angry.  They cannot connect you with the Supreme Guide or even, like a great oracle, prepare you for the ultimate connection.  A great oracle is a Hand of divine mercy from the Supreme Guide, the Guide of all Guides.  It will help heal your mind and heart from the debilities and psychic injuries you receive from interacting socially with silly, confused or nasty, domineering people.  It strengthens your integrity and real sense of direction.  It gets you out of reach of all those who are trying to make money or gain “spiritual” fame from their Websites or other advertised situations. And, of course, they will all pompously “warn” you about any Website or personage that does not flatter, support or agree with their particular trip they are on.  All that is a big section of what Vernon Howard used to call, The Human Jungle.  A good interaction with a Great Wisdom Oracle is like having a good map and compass for getting out of the pseudo-spiritual human jungle.

Finally, in conclusion, I can only say: why guess and socialize about the meaning and purpose of your life, which only keeps you entangled in random distractions?  The meaning and purpose of your life can be revealed through asking the right questions and getting the right answers from the right sources.
